Practical ideas, without rigid rules
The ADHD Sleep Club is a place to understand your own sleep and build habits that fit your life, one
day at a time, alongside people who get it. The ideas here are shaped for the way you're built and
meant to fit around a real life rather than run it.

A couple of myths worth clearing up
“You’d sleep fine if you just had more willpower"
If only. You can make yourself lie down at ten, but the body decides when sleep actually arrives – not willpower (or even the clock!).
“Everyone needs eight hours o sleep every night”
Sleep need and timing vary a great deal from person to person. There’s no single right pattern to measure yourself against.
